Union Boss ("we," "us") is operated by Montblanc Technologies. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use union-boss.com and related services.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, organization name
- Uploaded documents: CBAs, side letters, and proposals you submit for analysis
- Billing information: processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers
- Usage data: logs needed to operate and secure the service
How we use information
- Provide document parsing, AI analysis, and team collaboration features
- Process subscriptions and send service-related email
- Improve reliability, security, and customer support
Document confidentiality
Your agreements and proposals are scoped to your organization. Uploaded contract files are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using per-organization keys, served only over HTTPS through authenticated download endpoints that verify document ownership, and are never sold. Access is audited. AI processing uses Anthropic Claude under our vendor agreements.
Data retention
We retain account and uploaded content while your subscription is active. You may request deletion by contacting support@union-boss.com.
